8-9 Months old - August-September 1999

Ah, the wonder months :). I can sit up straight, I can stand up using the rails of my bed or *anything else* for that matter. I started to really play with my toys instead of banging them on the floor or against each other. Also, I started to baby-talk! My vocabulary now includes "Gaga", "Dada" (not meaning dad or anyone in particular) and the recent addition "Nana" (much to the horror of aunt Ayelet, who used to work in a place with the same name).

But you really came here for the pictures, didn't you?
Well, here they are -

Starting off with a big fat smile :)

Discovering the joys of bouncing, with the kind
help of my baby-bouncer.

Watch closely as my little brain figures out a new
and creative way to use this piece of food.

My usual position for the last couple of months, playing
on the large blanket in the living room. Notice that I am
actually smiling behind the pacifier.

I sit, therefore I am.

Attack of the mighty Orr-zilla, from the
point of view of the TV's remote-control.
